Phallen was born and raised in Whyalla, where she continues to live and has raised her two adult children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends or unwinding with a good book.
Phallen began her real estate career in 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager. Since then, she has completed the necessary qualifications, earning her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
While relatively new to the real estate industry, Phallen brings over 20 years of experience in customer-focused roles. She is known for her strong work ethic and her ability to foster healthy, professional relationships.
